First of all, it is essential to take into account 4 points:

1. The domain has not been registered or transferred to another registrar, nor have there been any changes to the registration data in the last 60 days.
2. Have the AuthCode (or EPP Code) that the current registrar must provide you.
3. That the email of the contact owner is correct and accessible.
4. Confirm that the domain is not blocked for transfer at the current registrar

Once these points are met, you can make the domain transfer request from your customer area in k3bone, indicating the Authcode. The current owner will then authorize the transfer. To do this, your current provider will provide you with the way to do it, either through a button on their panel, through an email, etc. If your provider does not allow you to accept it manually, the transfer will be completed automatically after 6 days.

Before starting the process, it is essential to have access to the email account of the domain's administrative contact since the request is received by email. If you do not have access to the email, contact your current registrar to change it for you for one that you can access.
To start the process, go to your client area in k3bone and enter the domain. You can ignore the 'Authorization Code' field.
After payment, dominios.es (ESNIC) will send an email to the administrative contact account to accept or cancel the transfer.

When registering a new domain, or making a change of name servers in a transfer, the global DNS update does not usually exceed 24 hours. Depending on the extension of the domain, the propagation of the DNS could be shorter.

No, central registrars do not allow returns. Once registered it is kept for one year or the period requested.

You need to associate your domain registration with DNS to be able to access it and have web hosting or emails. If you have the hosting in k3bone, the easiest thing is to change the domain name servers to: ns1 .k3bone.net, ns2.k3bone.net, ns3.k3bone.net, ns4.k3bone.net.

All domain extensions have a life cycle that must be taken into account to know when they will be free after their expiration date. As a general rule, when a domain expires, it goes through 3 states:

- Renew Grace Period
- Redemption Period
- Pending Delete

These periods depend on the extension of the domain, and may last more or less.

In the case of .COM and many other domain extensions, the 'Grace Period' lasts 30 days, during which its current owner can renew at the usual price. After these 30 days, the domain will go into the 'Redemption Period' for 30 days, during which its current owner may renew it by paying a penalty established by the Registrar. Finally, the domain will enter 'Pending Delete' for 5 days in which the domain cannot be renewed. After these 65 days, the domain will be free for general registration.

With .ES domains there is a 10-day 'Renew Grace Period', during which its current owner can renew it without penalty. After those 10 days, the domain is automatically released for open registration (there is no 'Redemption Period' or 'Deletion Period')

Yes, you can renew your domain at any time from your customer area. This will extend its expiration date.

There are 2 ways to redirect a domain:

With a contracted hosting service:
It uses the k3bone name servers (ns1.k3bone.net, ns2.k3bone.net, ns3.k3bone.net, ns4.k3bone.net).
Access your cPanel, go to the 'Domains' section, register your domain without checking the 'Share document root' box.
Go back to cPanel and go to 'Redirects' and create a 301 redirect to the desired destination.

Without contracted hosting service:
Enter the Client Area, and go to 'Domains > My Domains > Manage Domain > Name Servers'
Use these nameservers:
